		<description>It may be worth noting that auction blocking has been becoming increasingly popular for luxury homes facing foreclosure... which if you look at data, the number of homes over 1 million in foreclosure process in up 2 or 3 fold.

Some of my fav places to pick up great deals on rentals (cash buying) is at trustee sales and sheriff sales... These auctions are typically held at county courthouses or designated sites of trustees (typically law firms) every weekday from 10 am to 2 pm. Need 10,000 cashier&#039;s check certif. to qualify to bid that day. Funds must be brought to trustee in full by 5pm of next business day to acquire title (at least the case for AZ and CA sales).</description>
