I have a friend that does that for a living and she did it for me for free (well, not exactly free ;-) ). Nice of her though. When we sold our home a few years back, our house was slightly higher priced than other similar ones in the neighborhood, but we got full price because my mother in law stages homes all the time, and did a great job on our place.
